Better decisions for offshore wind.
My current work. I'm building wind farm optimisation and decision-making software, bringing digital products into a new industry. We're using in-house AI to develop a unique digital assistant, and a new product offering that takes an established consultancy into new markets. I also designed and built the company website.
A learning design toolkit I founded and built for universities and L&D teams. Learning Designer turns course planning into a visual storyboard that designers, subject experts and stakeholders can all work on together. Course Companion sits inside the LMS and gives educators instant, tailored suggestions based on their own design templates. I ran all of it, from strategy and sales to the build. It was a Times Higher Education Startup Finalist in 2025, and I went on to sell the business.
A senior role reporting to the CEO and CTO, accountable for product strategy, the roadmap and how we delivered. I rewrote the product strategy and got the leadership team aligned on value, sequencing and commercial impact. I reset the roadmap to cut scope, set clear priorities and surface dependencies, which lifted delivery cadence by 50%. We moved to monthly releases, so Engineering, Sales and Customer Success could finally plan around them, and customers noticed the regular updates. I also line managed a team of six PMs and UX designers.

FutureLearn
Learning for 17 million people worldwide.
Senior leadership in product at a high-scale learning platform valued at around £100m. I led a cross-functional project that used machine learning across 200k+ learners and found segments 55% more likely to convert, then reshaped the roadmap around them. That work fed the 5-year strategy, strengthened the investment story and contributed to the acquisition. We held an NPS of 70 by building insight systems that shaped product quality decisions. I managed PMs, UX and two product teams along the way.
Digital and remote education at a Russell Group university.
I led the strategic direction for digital, remote education. I was product owner of UCLeXtend, a marketplace and e-learning SaaS product, and I created and managed a team covering content, development and admin. I also ran UCL's internal community networks and shared evidence and best practice with peers internationally.
